These Return and Refund Policies apply to all Gruupperi sauna experiences and other bookable services. By making a booking, the customer agrees to these terms.
Services
Gruupperi provides sauna experiences and group-based leisure activities in Finland. All services are time-specific and capacity-limited.
Services are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety requirements, or operational reasons.
Booking and Payment
Sauna experiences are time-specific leisure services. All bookings are binding once confirmed and paid.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Sauna experiences are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled by the customer after confirmation and payment. If the customer is unable to attend, no refund will be issued.
If the service is cancelled by Gruupperi, the customer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative experience.
Any exceptions are made solely at Gruupperi’s discretion, for example if:
- the service is cancelled by Gruupperi
- force majeure prevents the service from taking place
- safety reasons require cancellation
In such cases, Gruupperi may offer a rescheduled date or a comparable alternative experience instead of a refund.

Liability and Safety
Participation in all experiences is at the customer’s own risk.
Gruupperi is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during sauna experiences.
Customers are responsible for:
- following safety instructions
- ensuring they are fit to participate
- behaving responsibly during the experience
Changes to These Policies
Gruupperi reserves the right to update or modify these policies from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to all future bookings made after the updated policies have been posted.
Governing Law
These policies and any disputes arising from the use of Gruupperi's services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.
